We want you to love your new fashion finds, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all Fisher-Price tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Prepaid Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
